Three ways to work with us.
Choose the model that best fits your property and your level of involvement. No lock-in and no small print.
Commission on income
Full management for a 10% commission during the first year. The guest pays the cleaning directly. Bookings are registered in your name on Booking and Airbnb and they pay you; we operate and invoice every month.
Pay per occupied day
We pay you a fixed price per booking, depending on the season. We only pay for occupied days and take on 100% of the commercial management, cleaning, laundry and consumables.
Guaranteed lease
We rent your home with a business-premises lease. You receive a fixed monthly rent, with VAT and withholding. Occupancy is at our own risk.
