We handle the full commercial and operational management of your property. What changes is who assumes the operation and how you get paid; the service standard is always the same.
We register your property on Booking and Airbnb in your name; platforms transfer payments directly to you. Every month we invoice the commission, cleaning and maintenance carried out.

We exclusively handle reception and guest control throughout the stay. Remotely with electronic systems, or in person if you prefer.
Remote reception and control
We manage guest reception and follow-up remotely throughout their stay in the property.
Remote check-in / check-out
Autonomous access with Nuki smart locks and electronic systems. One unique code per booking, with no waiting and no key handover.
In-person check-in / check-out
If you prefer, we welcome the guest in person and hand over the keys with a proper welcome.
Building entrance opening
The guest opens the entrance without a key: the system connects to the apartment intercom and opens it via internet. No need to ask the community for permission.
Integrated IT system (home automation)
With an internet connection we manage access and energy consumption. A programmable controller manages actuators and sensors to optimise full property management.
