We manage property access remotely or in person depending on the case. We integrate Nuki locks, booking-specific access codes, automated instructions and guest registration through BookCheckin, our own software.

Keyless access

We create temporary codes per booking, control arrival windows and reduce waiting times and physical key handovers.

Guest registration

We collect the required guest data and prepare the corresponding submission to SES Hospedajes through BookCheckin.

Controlled check-out

We coordinate departure, access blocking, post-stay cleaning and damage checks.

Can check-in be in person?

Yes. We prioritise remote access when feasible, but we can coordinate an in-person check-in if the property or guest requires it.

What happens if the guest arrives late?

Remote access avoids waiting times. If there is an incident, the call centre and operations team follow up.

Is BookCheckin yours?

Yes. BookCheckin is part of the proprietary technology we use for guest registration and online check-in.
